This Privacy Policy explains what information Logically Yours BV ("we", "us", "our"), registered office in Schoten, Belgium, enterprise number 0888.057.269, handles when you use SquareIt. Logically Yours BV is the data controller. The policy for all our apps is at https://www.logicallyyours.com/apps#privacy.

1. Data We Collect

We do not ask you for an account, and SquareIt does not collect your name, email address or other personal information. Your settings, scores, screenshots and videos are stored on your own device. They only leave it when you choose to share or send them yourself.

A picture you choose for the tiles is copied into SquareIt's own storage on your device and stays there.

2. Advertising

In the free version, ads are shown by Google AdMob in the app. Google may use device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID), cookies, your IP address and usage data to show ads, which may be personalised or non-personalised, and to measure them. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, SquareIt first asks for your consent. You can change your choice at any time under Privacy Choices in SquareIt's settings. On iPhone and iPad, Apple also asks whether SquareIt may track you, and you can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

3. Purchases

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It is processed by Apple (App Store) or by Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation that you paid, never your card or bank details.

4. Leaderboards

If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, SquareIt sends your scores to those services to show leaderboards and achievements. Apple or Google stores them under your player name, under their own privacy policies.

5. Permissions

SquareIt only asks for a permission when a feature needs it, and you can refuse.

• Photos: to put a picture of your own on the tiles, you pick it from your photo library. SquareIt sees only the picture you pick.

6. Websites, Servers and Statistics

Our website logicallyyours.com is hosted by Squarespace, which records visits for statistics and may set cookies (https://www.squarespace.com/privacy).

This page is served by our own server (4c4u.com), which uses your IP address only to deliver it and does not record it.

7. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not use your data to train AI models. We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services beyond what the App Store and Google Play report to developers.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Because we do not hold personal data in our apps, a request about ads, leaderboards or purchases is best made to Google or Apple directly. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Children

SquareIt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 13, please use SquareIt only with a parent's permission.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
